Cosen present at EMO Hannover

COSEN will be demonstrating its latest bandsaw machines at the EMO trade fair in Hannover, from September 22 to 26, showcasing multiple innovations for the metalworking industry. Demonstrations will take place in Hall 17 at stand D050, where both existing and new models will be on display. Cosen bandsaw machines are renowned for their fast, precise, and reliable cutting, with numerous automation options.

COSEN will be showcasing the following machines, among others:

• G320+: An upgraded high-performance dual-column bandsaw, optionally equipped with an automatic feed magazine, designed for accurate, efficient, and especially high-volume production.
• C26: An automatic NC-controlled bandsaw specifically developed for high-volume production, standing out due to its precision and productivity enhancements.
• C56: A heavy-duty dual-column production bandsaw with a Ø560mm capacity, servo motor driven.
• SH-350DM and the new SH-520DM: Pivot-style dual miter cutting bandsaws, with the latest model offering 60° mitering on both sides, hydraulic clamping, and a new rotating control panel.
• SH-710LDM: A dual-column miter cutting bandsaw, presented with the MPS Heavy Duty stop system and roller conveyor, designed specifically for heavy profiles. This is a configurable saw line tailored to construction and steel fabrication.

In addition to machine innovations, COSEN will also present intelligent sawing technology featuring advanced Industry 4.0 solutions, including the CPC Connect sawing optimization system. This digital innovation improves workflow, increases production efficiency, and offers real-time insight into machine performance via computer or smartphone app.
