Deze machine is specifiek ontworpen om grote diameters en zeer dunwandige of delicate buizen kreukvrij te buigen met een constante buigradius. Met een nominale capaciteit tot maar liefst 2&#8243; (50,8 x 2 mm) in roestvaststaal (RVS) voldoet de UNI 70\/HC aan alle professionele eisen binnen de installatietechniek, scheepsbouw, hydrauliek, industri\u00eble montage en hoogwaardig siersmeedwerk.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nToepassingen en Voordelen<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Volledig hydraulisch hulpsysteem:<\/strong> Uitgerust met een automatisch hydraulisch systeem voor het openen en sluiten van de buigonderdelen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Programmeerbare doorntrekfunctie:<\/strong> Beschikt over een programmeerbare doornextractie. Dit garandeert een superieure buigkwaliteit zonder rimpels aan de binnenzijde of deukvorming aan de buitenzijde.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Krachtige motor met twee snelheden:<\/strong> Aangedreven door een robuuste driefase asynchrone, zelfremmende motor (400V) met een schakelbaar vermogen van 2,3 kW en 3,1 kW.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Microprocessor gestuurde software:<\/strong> Slaat tot 50 afzonderlijke buigprogramma&#8217;s op, met per programma maximaal 9 opeenvolgende buighoeken.
