Donau DONAUFLEX 145
Donau DONAUFLEX 145
The Donau DONAUFLEX 145 has proven itself many times over all over the world. It is an ideal radial drilling machine with multiple options for digital position indicators in the X, Y, and Z axis. The Donauflex 145 has a drilling capacity in St 60 of 45 mm. The Donauflex is ergonomically designed. The self-centering positional accuracy allows for drilling, aligning, and tapping in series, avoiding frequent tool changes. The worktable height of 905 mm always has an optimal position in relation to the spindle head, making it easy to stand upright and have a good view of the machining process.
Efficiency is not a matter of a single machining solution, but the result of many intelligent solutions together. The Donauflex proves this time and time again.
Features Donau Donauflex 145: Up to 3 fixed worktables offer maximum flexibility when machining large, small or long workpieces. Swivel tables are convenient for drilling and tapping workpieces in angled positions. Machining long distances and workpiece heights up to 1500 mm. Easily sliding simultaneous movement in 3 axes, directly to the drilling or tapping position. Worktable height of 905 mm Low axis friction force of approximately 35 N eases the sliding movements in radial and angled directions, allowing you to move the tool quickly and accurately in any work position.
Since 1955, DONAU has been making radial drilling machines. DONAU stands for excellent quality and innovative solutions and is a true market leader within its sector. More than 14,000 DONAU radial drilling machines are used daily in many different industries around the world.
