Thomas ZIP32
The Thomas ZIP32 is a manually operated band saw with a capacity of up to Ø255 mm. The machine is equipped with a 0.85 / 1.1 kWatt 400Volt motor with 2 cutting speeds 32-64 m/min, an integrated coolant system. The miter device on the left 45° – 0 – 60° on the right allows to cut the most common miter angles. A vibration-free saw frame with carbide precision saw guide and with ball bearing guide.
The Thomas ZIP32 comes complete with:
– Coolant system.
– Bi-metal M42 saw blade
– Base cabinet
All Thomas sawing machines can be expanded with MPS roller conveyors and MPS measuring systems.
Manual operation:
Fully manual operation, manual closing of machine clamp, manual saw feed and manual saw arc lift.
