WISENT JiH30L A CE

The WISENT JiH30L A CE is a horizontal sawing machine with a 16″or 18″ saw blade with a hydraulic drive of 15HP. Suitable for cutting various materials such as; aluminum, brass, PVC, plastic, plastic, Teflon, honeycomb board, wood and other non-ferrous metals. The clamping pressure can be adjusted as required according to the type of workpiece, preventing damage to the workpiece due to overpressure.

• To operate the machine, just use the foot switch, the machine will automatically clamp and cut.
• For maximum stability, the saw feed is hydraulically driven.
• Saw moves on a linear guide.
• Clamping system is controlled by an independent air cylinder.
• The stroke of the saw movement is easily set manually by moving the limit switch. After reaching limit switch, the saw moves back at high speed to save machining time.
• The precisely controlled oil mist system improves burr-free cutting.
• Adjustable clamping height.

Optional features are: feed and discharge roller conveyor, chip tray, horizontal clamp, horizontal saw feed.
