The Thomas DC 400 CICLOMATIC CN is equipped with a double-column saw frame, a heavy-duty drive and an easy-to-use programmable control.

The double-column design and heavy-duty saw base provide a strong, stable and robust sawing platform for any application.
Multifunctional digital controller with piece counter, saw setting, work timer, diagnostics and alarms. Automatic control of saw length. Adjustable return stroke of the saw frame.
Hydraulically driven multi-feed system moves material into the sawing zone, reducing indexing time and speeding up the sawing process.

Machine comes complete with:
– Bi-metal M42 saw blade
– Control box
– Coolant system

All Thomas sawing machines can be expanded with MPS roller conveyors and MPS measuring systems.

Semi-automatic

Semi-automatic (hydraulically controlled) bandsaw machines are characterized by automatic closing of the machine clamp, automatic saw feed, automatic saw arc lifting and automatic opening of the machine clamp.

Fully automatic
