The Thomas ZIP32DA is a semi-automatic band saw with a capacity of up to Ø255 mm. The machine is equipped with a 1 / 1.4 kWatt 400Volt motor with 2 cutting speeds 40-70 m/min, a continuously adjustable saw feed and an integrated coolant system. The miter device 45°- 0 – 60° right makes it possible to cut the most common miter angles. A vibration-free saw frame with carbide precision saw guide and with ball bearing guidance
The Thomas ZIP32DA comes complete with:
– Coolant system.
– Bi-metal M42 saw blade
– Base cabinet
All Thomas sawing machines can be expanded with MPS roller conveyors and MPS measuring systems.
Semi-half-automatic
Semi-automatic (hydraulically closed system) band saw machines are characterized by the manual closing of the machine clamp, an automatic saw feed and manual saw arc lifting.
